Operating Terms for Trackeno Users

Effective Date: October 26, 2026. These terms constitute the single source of truth for your access to Trackeno's gaming analytics infrastructure. By accessing our Istanbul-based servers or utilizing our SDKs, you agree to the technical and legal constraints defined below.

Service Classification

  • SaaS Platform: Real-time event processing for mobile applications.
  • Entity: Trackeno, registered in Turkey (Istanbul).
  • Liability Cap: Standard industry limits apply per Tier 1 agreements.

"Acceptance occurs via API key generation or dashboard login. No physical signature required."

User Obligations & Data Sovereignty

You are responsible for the integrity of the data you ingest into Trackeno. While we provide the pipeline, the accuracy of event_timestamp and user_id fields rests entirely with you, the Developer. We act as a data processor; you remain the data controller.

By uploading data, you warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from end-users under applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA). Trackeno reserves the right to suspend accounts that transmit malicious payloads, violate rate limits exceeding 5,000 requests/second, or attempt reverse engineering of our proprietary aggregation algorithms.

Realism Anchor: For a solo developer on a "Startup" tier, daily ingestion caps are strictly enforced to ensure fair resource allocation across the shared cluster. Breaches result in a temporary 429 error state, requiring a manual review to lift.

Service Availability & Liability Limits

Uptime Commitment

We target 99.9% uptime, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows (Sundays 04:00-06:00 UTC) are excluded.

Data Loss

In the event of a critical failure, our recovery point objective (RPO) is 15 minutes. We are not liable for consequential damages.

The "Hard" Constraint

Trackeno is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party infrastructure providers (AWS, DigitalOcean) or issues originating from your game client's network requests. If you are migrating from a legacy provider, we recommend running a parallel tracking setup for 7 days to verify data parity before full cutover.

Legal Framework

Turkish Code of Obligations

All disputes governed by local jurisdiction in Istanbul.

Due Diligence

Questions for the Account Holder

Before accepting these terms, ensure your team can answer the following:

Does our privacy policy align?
Ensure your game's privacy policy explicitly mentions third-party analytics (Trackeno) and data processing location (Turkey).
Who owns the raw logs?
You retain ownership of raw data. We claim rights only on aggregated, anonymized metadata used for service improvement.
What is the retention policy?
Free tier: 30 days. Paid tiers: 1 year. Enterprise: Custom. Export data regularly to avoid lock-in.
How do we handle minors?
If your audience is under 13, you must handle COPPA compliance on the client side before data transmission.
Integration testing?
Use the 'Sandbox' environment key provided in the dashboard. Do not use Production keys for CI/CD pipelines.
Exit strategy?
Standard plans include a one-click CSV export. We do not charge egress fees for data portability.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Trackeno may terminate immediately for material breach (e.g., violating data privacy standards or non-payment).
